1. Each auction will be running for 1 full week at a time.
2. Bidder can choose either BUY IT NOW with the proposed price or placing bid
3. Each bid is an incremental of RM100.00
4. The winner will be notified by email or phone call
5. Payment has to be made within 3 working days after the closing of the auction
6. The auction price does not include shipping, tax, or handling charges
7. The auction only applicable for bidders staying within Malaysia
8. Koi only ready for shipment after 4 days of quarantine upon receive payment

If the koi given is not the same as per shown in the bidding photo, we will gladly accept returns within 48 hours notification upon arrival at which the amount you paid will be returned to you by original payment method less transportation/shipping charges. Koi must be transported/shipped back at your expense and inspected before refund will be disbursed.

We will also refund the bidding amount if the koi dies within 48 hours notification upon arrival.

Klang Valley:-

• The winner can collect his koi by his own at our show room
• Door to door delivery can be made with charges between RM50.00 to RM100.00. (depends on distance)

• The winner can use his own forwarder to collect his koi from our showroom
• We also can arrange courier service for the winner and all the expenses are charged to the winner

All koi must be paid for in full within 3 days of Auction closing.
